I can live with it. Seeing as this is the directors preferred cut allegedly and the only one i've seen anyway.

According to DVD Beaver the Shameless release of The Frightened Woman is a slight improvement over the Mondo Macabro release in image quality. The Laughing Woman Blu-ray - Dagmar Lassander |

The picture source looks the same to me and the slightly improved detail (and it is slight) is probably down to the higher bitrate used. Americans never seem to max out the bitrate - probably something to do with cost, maybe? |

An actual interview with someone who was in the film, in this case the star, is better than any academic wittering on in my opinion. |

Ah yes, with all these things there are... erm... preferences to consider... |

No offense to these film academic types but I would rather watch an interview about the making of said film with an actor or a crew member. Shameless are still around and I feel good about that fact. Members have been speculating on their demise on here since I joined back in 2012.

Agreed. Looking at their output over the years they peaked around 2009-2010. To even still be trading is remarkable really. Nothing lasts forever though.
