Will Shamless offer a replacement disc?

If it's only a few problem discs, doesn't it seem a bit of a coincidence that several folk on here are having the same problem . . .

I would try them explaining what Shameless have said and see what they say. You might be surprised (shy bairns get nowt as they say here)
