That's good to hear anyway, and I agree with Jonny there, better to have the best quality product possible and have it delayed, rather than a get-it-out-there-quick job.

Sorry if I haven't read from the beginning.. but does the Shameless DVD have the same, longer or shorter/different cut compared to the NEW disc?

As far as I can tell it's the same edit except the inserts are of a better quality.

Watched this one last night and really enjoyed it. It's not your usual 'black gloved killer ' Giallo, more of an intriguing murder plot involving a combination of relationships.

A few deleted scenes are incorporated into the main feature itself and, although full frame, are seemlessly edited into the film. There are also a total of 9 more short deleted scenes as extras. It would be interesting to know how the guys decided which scenes to incorporate into the film itself and those to leave seperate?

I haven't had time to check the fact track yet as I wanted to watch the film on its own, but I'll be checking this out shortly.

Fantastic that Shameless can release this and SNFYK - two Gialli from completely different ends of the spectrum - inside the same month.

All in all, a terrific little film and a real labour of love from Shameless
