and they were all over town, residents complained and so they all had to be removed and were replaced with the tame version, in America stores like Wal Mart would not stock the rape picture if they released it so its for the best sales wise.

It's a little like the trouble Nirvana/Geffen Records had with In Utero and Walmart and Kmart, who refused to stock it with the foetus artwork and Rape Me on the rear cover, causing two versions of the album to be released.
