When I started reading your post I was under the assumption that you had ordered the one with the car!

I've also pre-ordered the same version of Senna, and the upcoming US BD of Dressed to Kill:

Plus, my BFI BD of Herostratus arrived today.

My DRESSED TO KILL and Craven's THE HILLS HAVE EYES have shipped already! :woot:

The Reaper Man@Cult Labs 25th August 2011 06:13 PM

Sure was mate.Hopefully Children of the Corn has gone as well!

bizarre_eye@Cult Labs 25th August 2011 06:21 PM

Yeah, Axel are great for shipping stuff early.

I received Criterion's The Killing about a week and a half before release, plus they shipped If.... on Tuesday.

Incidentally, is that Children of the Corn any different to the previous ABUS BD do you know mate (different extras etc.)?

The Reaper Man@Cult Labs 25th August 2011 06:24 PM

Don't know mate, but it has the original artwork as opposed to that last ghastly offering by AB!

I really should stay away from these threads! I think a trip to Planet Axel is in order...

Watched Animal Kingdom. Australian gangster film with good characters. Well made; the director is a name to watch.

Watched F for the second time since I saw it in the cinema. Well made and suspenseful.
