I picked up a brand new and sealed copy of that one a few months ago for either £3.99 or £4.99 including delivery. I've never watched Blade Runner, but I'm aware of the reputation of the film.

Can't answer that, but I just ordered my first Scorpion disc, The Pyx. I might get Nothing But The Night next, byt there aren't many titles from them that interest me...

Maybe have a look at their older pre-Katarina titles?

Welcome to Scorpion Releasing

I actually own more of those.

So did I. But I thought 'this shit is just gathering dust and taking up shelf space', so I sold it and got the natty embossed tin (nicer than the card one in the silver case set) . . .

Yeah, mine lives under a chair in the front room next to its cooler older brother the James Bond attache case.

I dust them both every damn week.

Manhunter - Great film, but looks like a Hall and Oates video.
Gladiator - Good, like the epics of old. Not amazing though.

Russell Crowe - I like him, his performance as Bud White was career making, Gladiator made him a star. A few duffers (A Good Year, Robin Hood) but all in all, pretty solid.

Ridley Scott

Bad: Robin Hood, A Good Year, Kingdom of Heaven (original cut), 1492, Hannibal
Alright: Prometheus, Legend, Black Hawk Down, Matchstick Men, Someone to Watch Over Me
Good: Gladiator, Black Rain, Thelma and Louise, The Duellists
Great: Blade Runner, Alien, Kingdom of Heaven (directors cut), American Gangster

Never seen: White Squall, Body of Lies

I think that covers my opinion on all current discussions? Haha
As long as Ridley Scott has Alien, Prometheus, Blade Runner (AMAZING MOVIE), Kingdom Of Heaven and Gladiator on his Resume, I will never doubt the mans ability.

Am I the only one worried about the new blu ray set?
All 5 disc of the old set PLUS an extra 1000 photos on to 3 discs.
At least it said it had all the old content.
