Yes, well, they are £17.99 but at the moment they are on sale in HMV and are 2 for £25 so essentially £12.50 each, everyone is stocking up on them now because they are going back to the normal price after Christmas.
They are the exact same as the American version, just Region B locked and have BBFC logos on the front and back, but importantly not on the spines.

Good to know – I have had the US versions of those on my wish list since their release and, even in the Barnes & Noble 50% off sale, they are much more expensive.

Excellent. I'll have to amend my wish list and, because I am spent up for November, do a whole load of shopping in December!

If anyone is on the fence about Dr Strangelove, I was too until I saw the package. I've taken some pics for you all.

Looks like an amazing package – I'll buy it in a couple of weeks.

It IS an amazing package Nos for an amazing film from an amazing director.
Would've been even more amazing had they housed it in a plastic case the same as the rest of them.

It's one of my top three all-time favourite films and I was about to buy it last week in the Barnes & Noble sale when I decided to wait for a bit – it's a very good job I did.

Picked up the following -

To Live And Die In LA (have the house to myself on Saturday, lined up this and Mann's Thief).

Big Trouble In Little China - finally upgraded to Blu-ray.

Audition - Ditto

A Woman Under The Influence - I love this film, but it's something you have to prepare yourself for. Unflinching and emotionally raw.

Highlander TV series arrived today and was given seasons 1-3 of adventure time which I've never seen.
