Nice. I'm looking forward to watching Mission: impossible - Dead Reckoning: Part One (an extremely clunky title) at home, but will probably pay extra for the 4K Ultra HD release.

It's one of those films which is best seen on the biggest screen available and with the volume as high as possible!

It's one of those ones that passed me by on release.

One of those films where the concept is daft as a brush - a possessed industrial laundry press which needs the blood of virgins - but it works mainly thanks to a great relationship between Ted Levine's cop and Daniel Matmor as his demonologist brother-in-law as well as an OTT but fun performance by Robert Englund sporting state of the art crutches.

There's a lot of gore and dark humour among all the craziness and i just found it so much fun and had a blast watching it.

I went to HMV this morning and bought two relatively new releases for GBP30 - I thoroughly enjoyed both of them at the cinema and I'm looking forward to watching them again.

A couple of purchases from the local Air Ambulance shop. Yet again Milly spoiled to death in there. I look at discs and she wanders round the place carrying her lead in her mouth getting patted and scratched by folk and then given dog treats.

This weeks new arrivals.

Model Shop was a complete blind buy. I'd never heard of it until a few days ago. It sounds an intriguing movie about life in late 60's L.A.

Thank God it has reversible artwork as that cover is f*cking atrocious.
