I don't think Halloween is mentioned. But the suggestion is certainly there, and regardless Sleepy Hollow is probably one of the most Halloweenish films going so I'm including it. Here goes

Halloween. John Carpenter
Halloween 2. Rick Rosenthal
Halloween III. Tommy Lee Wallace
Halloween H20. Steve Miner
Sleepy Hollow. Tim Burton
Trick r Treat.
Donnie Darko. Richard Kelly
Halloween. Rob Zombie
The Crow. Alex Proyas.

Oh yeah notice that don't you.
Never point it out when I put one extra.
I'll update it before next week when I've fitted some viewings in. I've got Halloween 4 and 5 I've never seen plus I want to track down a copy of May which seems to be popular around here. I'm gonna pick up Tales of Halloween at some point too.

Indeed. Plus, I could be mistaken, but I think there are also pumpkins alight in the Van Tassel's homestead when Depp first arrives in Sleepy Hollow.

I was unsure of what to watch tonight, so May and Sleepy Hollow are on the shortlist because my top 10 is about twice as long as it should be.

Although it won't help me, I am tempted to watch both versions of Night of the Living Dead (1968 and 1990) or just the original version followed by Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead or, perhaps spread over two nights, the four Scream movies.

Decisions, decisions.
