My actual sequel faves are probably on everyone else's lists, but here are some that maybe don't get as much attention as the likes of 'Halloween 3' etc. Admittedly, a few of these are rancid. But that's the way I like it, baby.

Gnaw: Food Of The Gods Part 2
Patrick Vive Ancora
All Night Long 3
Human Centipede 2
Red Room 2
Black Magic 2
Necromaniac: Schizophreniac 2
Blood Feast 2
Island Of The Living Dead (Mattei's sort-of sequel to his 'Zombies – The Beginning')
The Necro Files 2

At least a few of those would be in my top 20 or 30. Definitely GNAW.
I missed out the Romero films as while sequels they were not direct continuations as such. Very tenuous reasoning perhaps, especially as Amityville 2 is technically a prequel.

Alphabetical order this week because I can't even begin to quantify the quality of these films, so here are 10 that I enjoy.

This one would have been in, but technically, in my eyes it's in action film sequel to a horror film so it doesn't count as a horror sequel!

Just to keep the conversation going if people would just to name a few of the worst sequels or just pointless sequels not a top ten or anything.

A good film is a good film, regardless of how long ago you watched it

Maybe 'Psycho 2' didn't make a big impression on you, if you have to watch it again to refresh your memory of it!

It's always good to revisit something before making such a list to see dose it deserve a spot. I have seen all the films on my list over the past week I don't just throw titles on here for the sake of it just to complete a list I rewatch all films each week before I list them I didn't have a copy of Psycho to hand at the time so it stayed off the list. There are plenty of films I watched years ago and taught they were great but when I revisit them they have lost the impact they had on me years ago.
