Ok, maybe a little better news. Lionsgate have announced Mimic for BD in Sreptember with some special features that weren't included on the dvd release.

That's much more like it and will probably be a day one purchase. Guillermo del Toro is a master filmmaker and, whilst Mimic isn't his best, it's still a film long overdue a Blu-ray release.

Received Dellamorte Dellamore today. Haven't had a chance to check it out properly but gave it a quick check on my bedroom TV (720p 32") and it looked good.

I hated it. Really couldn't get into it at all, but the last time I saw it was when I was being a bit militant "De Palma is a dirty hack Hitchcock thief", so I may have been slightly biased!

I'd love an Arrow version of Blow Out, but I know there's about a 0.2% chance of that. If only I could play Region A!
