Only person here?? Balls my good man. The first film is superb and one of the crown jewels of Marvel Studios output.

I might be mistaken, but I'm under the impression that Guardians of the Galaxy is almost universally loved here, with perhaps only one or two members disliking it.

I hope you love it. GotG is unlike most of the other MCU films because it has a very contemporary soundtrack, is heavily reliant on comedy, and is largely set in outer space! I know Iron Man (and the sequels) have songs from the likes of AC/DC, but not to the extent of Awesome Mix Vol. 1, which provides the music for GotG.

Speaking of movie soundtracks. And slightly off topic, however. I was on Wiki looking at Suicide Squad and though tit's soundtrack sounded awesome with a mixture of modern rap and classic rock.

Only to get on Amazon to buy the thing when i noticed it was all rap / r n'b and not all from the film but inspired by the film. Just one rock song on the disc.

I also noticed many were up in arms about this and quite rightly. Are classic rock songs so expensive to put on a compilation even though they are clearly in the film itself? Or are record company execs just so dumb they think everyone just wants to hear generic r n'b constantly?

Suffice to say they didn't get a sale from me.

If you like the films then i think this teaser for the 8th film is worth watching. Although the actual trailer is premiered December 11th.

It's my favourite Marvel film to date. Think i've seen it 4 times already. Nearly watched it again the other day but decided i better not wear out its welcome!

This could either be quite good fun or it could be absolutely terrible.
