As for Aliens, I personally prefer the original mainly because I see it as being very creepy and suspenseful. I see Aliens as more of an action film with essences of horror thrown in - still like it though, but doubtful whether it would even feature in my Top 50... I've found Rosemary's Baby to be a very love-it-or-hate-it when discussing it with others. I personally (as you can see) love it. My list has definitely not always been the same, and has constantly changed as I've watched more and more films. Plus, I find you learn to appreciate some more than others over time and also you get sick of some too. I'd be very interested in seeing your list gag, and would never judge it as everyone's different. For instance a friend on another forum posted their list and their top film was Zombie's Halloween 2; my reaction of course being: but if he likes it that much... fair-do's I guess! |

[QUOTE=bizarre_eye;49969] My list has definitely not always been the same, and has constantly changed as I've watched more and more films. Plus, I find you learn to appreciate some more than others over time and also you get sick of some too. [Thats the problem with these kind of things. My top 10 is always changing, the only films guaranteed to stay in it are The Beyond, Cannibal Holocaust and ZFE. And yes there are several films that you become to appreciate over time. I didn't like ZFE the first 2 times I saw it and now, over 100 viewings later it is in my top 10. |

I love it too, as I do Repulsion and The Tenant - my personal favourite of Polanksi's Apartment Trilogy.
