It could be compared with "suspense gialli" like Interrabang and Waves of Lust which also have the exotic boat location setting. The main attraction for most will be Rosalba Neri, Edwige Fenech and Eva Thulin in various states of undress though.  It's one of most requested gialli on dvd.
