Been seeing this news all over the Internet, and -- despite the fact that I'm a huge Carpenter fan -- I just can't get excited for it at all. I wish I could.

That said, I am glad I spotted this threat, because it reminded me that I still need to pick up Carpenter's LOST THEMES 2! Loved the first one.

Just had an email from See Tickets letting me know that the Friday Night concert of John Carpenter at The Albert Halls has been joined up with the Saturday concert and moved to a larger venue - the Victoria Warehouse on Saturday 29th Oct, which if you know Manchester is down in the Salford Docks near to Old Trafford.

I don't know if I want to go now, I hate large venue standing gigs and I'm going on my own. Manchester Albert Halls is the perfect size but they've obviously struggled to fill up the Friday night after the Saturday sold out.

If the Argento Top 10 Tuesday is successful then we might do one for Carpenter further down the line.

It might be if you got onto it now. October is a long time off, the room could easily be rebooked before then. I'd inquire if i were you.

Hope you'll submit a list in the Top 10 Tuesdays thread of all the Argento films you've seen in ranking order of preference.
