Some very cool bands and CDs there. Live After Dead is a fantastic live album The first CD I bought was Judas Priest's (my favourite band EVER) British Steel - an absolute classic. I'm varied too, like yourself, though mainly stick to good ol' fashioned Heavy Metal - JP, Motorhead, Dio, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Saxon, stuff like that. And newer grounds like Enforcer. Not too keen on that growling screaming side of metal either really, most of it just doesnt seem to be anything than just noise. Stuff like Killing Inside is great though!

That's so cool! I've only just started collecting them myself - maybe about 10 issues or so. What type of metal are you into most? \m/ \m/

I wish I had. It's something I've always meant to pick up, but I've always put it off for other things instead. Plus, the worry of customs charges has always put me off too!

Hmm... Yes, the fifties could be troublesome. Aside from Les Diaboliques and some early Hammer films, the fifties is mainly sci-fi orientated. I suppose I could do a favourite sci-fi decade instead, perhaps. The forties (and the thirties) could be a possibility. I'll have a think!

I've lost days looking on ubu. My favourites on there are "The Cinema of Transgression" stuff and the sheer brutal madness of the Vienna Actionists. There is so much stuff on the site I'll never see it all
