    Its going good.
I'm watching the movies I haven't seen that have been drafted.
I watched Lair of the White Worm and Lunacy.
    I loved Lunacy , it's going to get a +3 from me and Lair a +1.
I'm going to watch your movie today.
I hope you're feeling good and have comfortably reentered the work force again after having your time off.
I'll be leaving you messages all day, yeah. : )

Do you think Genesis is Horror?

They are giving some one a hard time for picking Alien.

I like those Nacho Cerda films. I'm not sure I could get up that early to watch them before work. I hate to think how sleep deprivation and "Aftermath" would affect your people skills throughout the day.

Being single is great, so is being in a relationship. Jenny and I have been together for 13 years now with kids for the last 7 years. I love it. I think that's mainly because I'm lucky enough to have found someone who is willing to put up with all my weird and wonderful interests whilst having no interest in them herself.

yes! I loved both films aswell.
Eyes Without a Face was so creepy, the music they played in certain parts.
I'm not to versed on 50's horror movies but Demon was great.

I'm getting up at 4 am to watch movies and then go to work..come home and watch some more. The best part of being single, I can do what I want. : ) Bad part of being single...doing these things alone.

My next pick, which should be tomorrow at some point..

    His reply to me:

''Er indoors made roast chicken, roast potatoes, baton carrots, cauli, stuffing, yorkshire puds and bisto gravy. It was delish! Yeah, tell im to post more, we need more Mancs on ere! There's far too many dim yanks for my liking''

I thought I'd use this blog space to collate the shite that fills my head, some days to overload.

After roughly 25 years I've been thinking about writing poetry again. I used to do performance poetry in my younger days. My last performance involved walking across town carrying a 6 foot plus cross before being crucified after reciting the poem, "The Divine Lord Jason of the True Believers Ejaculating Jesus Cathedral Wants Your Soul". All this was done to the sound of a mate's...

F*ck me, I just noticed it's been 4 years to the day since I joined the forum. Even though I don't post as much as I used to, I can't break the habit of logging in every day to read the odd post here and there.

I've not the time to watch films at the moment as I do 2 karate classes a week and 2 Tai Chi classes. I'm too battered and bruised most nights to even pick up the remote let alone watch a film.

I can't seem to get my cult groove on at the moment. The thought of watching those rare gems of filth and wonder that normally send a shiver down my spine and cause both a physical and metaphysical hard-on, just ain't cutting it with me at present. Men of my age normally start to suffer erectile dysfunction but I seem to have DVD dysfunction. It's like a mid-life crisis but rather than dumping Mrs MTDS for a younger woman, I've ditched the DVD player for a Blu-ray player. Sure, it was shiny and...

I'm having a break from posting on the forum for a bit as other interests of mine excite me more at the moment.

Take care.

I've been kicking this idea around for a bit now, why do some films I watch take me to another place in my head? I'm not talking about the use of music or lighting etc but why do certain films or parts of films leave me in a trance like state?

Without wishing to seem weird, could there be a spiritual dimension to film. I know it sounds odd but it's a legitimate why of describing other forms of art, especially music or painting. So why not film?

Interestingly there are...
