Apparently Ken Bruce has made 'Paranormal' his album of the week on BBC Radio 2. So presumably he will be playing tracks from it every day, starting tomorrow (Tuesday, 18th July)

Alice has just started the summer leg of the 'Spend The Night' tour, and looking at the setlist from the opening night (Telegrafbukta, Tromsø, Norway - July 21st), there are a few changes made. Whether this remains the same throughout the rest of the tour, or whether there are other changes to come remains to be seen:

Brutal Planet
No More Mr. Nice Guy
Under My Wheels
Lost in America
Pain
He's Back (The Man Behind the Mask) - replaces 'Welcome To My Nightmare'
Billion Dollar Babies
The World Needs Guts
Woman of Mass Distraction - New
Guitar Solo (Nita Strauss)
Poison
Halo of Flies
Feed My Frankenstein
Cold Ethyl - Moved. Previously played before Nita's solo
Only Women Bleed
Escape
Ballad of Dwight Fry
Killer
I Love the Dead
Paranoiac Personality - New
I'm Eighteen
School's Out

It's not mentioned and it doesn't look apparent from looking at it so the UK setlist would probably lose a few to make room for the 'Alice Cooper Group' segment.

It's a good set though, nice mix of the eras.

Surely he has to play a few songs from the new album?

I never even thought about that  He might be holding off until the album is out - is that this week, I've lost track

Otherwise it's the polar opposite of Maiden. A band who fill their set with new songs and adapt their stage show so it resembles the album cover and other new images.

Alice, new album and all plays one new song and the same old shit proving despite a new album he's just a tribute act. It also says to the fans - why bother buying the new album?

Just playing devil's advocate there but it's still how many will see it.

But plenty of bands do that. Or did do, as it's been long enough since I saw a 'stadium' act.
I may be going to see The Damned playing their first album though ...

Alice is now officially going to retire and live off the profits of his Warhol original.

I liked this bit;

"You should have seen Alice's face when Richard Polsky's estimate came in," Mr Gordon said, adding: "His jaw dropped and he looked at me: 'Are you serious? I own that!'"

I can't even imagine what that's like...
