Slayer albums to be re-issued on vinyl. No Show No Mercy or Hell Awaits, probably due to them being on Metal Blade Records and not Def Jam/American Recordings

Real Slayer fans still have them on vinyl.

I have Show No Mercy, Hell Awaits, Live Undead and Reign in Blood on vinyl, never got round to buying the others

Hell Awaits is their best, IMO

Never been a Slayer fan. My least favourite of the Big 4.

I always preferred Anthrax.

Interesting.

I would always go with Reign in Blood, South of Heaven and Seasons in the Abyss - a triumvirate of releases which cemented the band as legends.

I like all the Big 4. However i think it would be Anthrax lastly. They don't seem to have made as many really great albums as the others. I would only say Among the Living, The Sound of White Noise and We've Come For You All are truly classic. Thats not to say their other albums are poor - they aren't, they just contain as much filler as they do great songs.

As for Slayer, take away the three albums i mentioned in my post above and i'd kick them out of the Big 4 and replace them with Testament.

I'm the opposite, never liked Anthrax, in fact I've never watched their performance on my Big 4 Live in Sfia DVD, I think Machine Head should've been included on the tour instead

And I agree with Dem, Reign in Blood, South of Heaven and Seasons in the Abyss are Slayer's best albums IMO
