I am aware of the Oasis bootlegs - but this was bought when it first appeared in the Tele-Movie shop, and is long out of stock. Personally I doubt any more than 66 were produced as I have not seen more for sale since its original release .

As for the Mondo Cane 1+2, I have seen one other on ebay, from the seller dunctay I think (?), again bought from new, but I'm not convinced this one is a bootleg. Its not listed as such on the full list of X Rated/X Kult releases I have somewhere (neither are the others, except Oasis)

Nice. I love that title for The Prowler.......it translates as The Garden Fork Of Death. Brilliant!

I'm sorry to tell you that, but this Oasis DVD seems to be NOT legit.

There are some more but I'm sorry I can't remember the titles.

EDIT: Just found one more ... MONDO CANE: OFDb - Fassung zu Mondo Cane (1962)

So basically, it seems to be official DVDs in a bootleg packaging because someone used the X-Rated label and logo without permission.

Disclaimer: I do not want to accuse anyone of bootlegging - this post is created from credible-looking information found on the Internet (posted by X-Rated themselves!)
It's the packaging they're picked up for anyway.
Bootlegging is wrong of course, but there seems to be a lot of these German/Austrian releases in the same boat.
