I didn't notice any difference between this release and the other BDs, so I guess the only way to tell would be a side-by-side comparison with two screens playing different discs or (and I generally don't put much stock into these) by some screenshots.

It's just a little bit brighter. Not much of a difference, but noticeable. Which version you prefer, is down to your personal taste.

Just got a new release email from D&T Mailorder, and as I was scrolling down, came across a new small dvd hardbox of The Burning. 2 discs, and uses the awesome Mondo artwork. Limited to 66 copies. Get in there quick if you want one!
