But clearly, this means the hypothetical Arrow ZFE 2019 release will be a 6K Blu-ray that no one will be able to watch for several years, and will come in a limited "Pop-up Mediabook" edition that literally splinters the eye of anyone who gets too close when opening it.

The kids are gonna love it.
Lol! I'd buy the limited edition "splinterbook" of zfe, but I seriously don't know how mank more K we can go up, I mean if you can't see the films clearly by now I think it's a trip to the opticians!
The only other option is to include a time machine so you can go back in time & look through the viewfinder as they're filming it!

I've never seen it (or heard of it to be honest). Is it any good?

not seen it either. it gets a 5.1 on imdb which tends to indicate something that's fairly competent but nothing special.

It can't be any worse than Deadly Manor.

I'm really late to the party with this announcement, I didn't even know it was time for the October slate to be announced!
Well after months of crap finally Arrow pull through with some decent titles. Are the US only releases usually region locked to A or are they often A/B or region free?

Only one I own is the LE of Re-animator and that’s region ABC, but I’m not sure about the others. I assume if it’s a title that has both a UK and US/CA release then the US/CA version will be Region A because the UK one will be B.
Obviously don’t quote me on this because I’m only speculating

Basket Case is labelled ABC
Children of the Corn and CHUD are labelled A only

...but i thought it was reported that something that was labelled A only was in fact not locked but that may be a false memory or a different label.

What Have They Done To Your Daughters? is region A according to Mondo digital.

And Code Red and Scorpion are labels that don't lock their discs when they say A on the covers.

I would think nowadays region coding would be a thing of the past more so when you think all 4k ultra films are region free.
