My region 1 dvd has three commentary tracks. Wonder if they'll reuse those or record another.

If they want Bird's chat they'll have to use them.

I wouldn't really mind if they didn't carry over the Carlyle commentary for Ravenous, since I never thought it especially good. But in his defence, it must be pretty hard doing these things on your own. They should have stuck a couple of other actors with him.

They've revealed the new artwork for Dog Soldiers on Facebook. Not too shabby.

I really like that. But then again i like most of the artwork that Scream Factory use.

I'm not usually a fan of Scream's art but that really is fantastic. Hopefully they'll port over some of the existing extras on the UK DVD.

'The Final Terror' is coming from SF in July, in a BD/DVD combo. Anyone seen this film?

From what I've read, it's more of a survival thriller than a slasher, with little kills and a lot of survivors, but it sounds very promising with good reviews, and sounds like Just Before Dawn, so I'll definiteky be getting it.

Thoroughly enjoyed JBD, so I'll pick this up too.

Its a backwoods slasher/survival pic with an Early role for Daryl Hannah. Very good little movie imo. I had the old Avco embassy VHS release of it. There was a release to DVD a while back which was apparently awful quality so it will be nice to see this again.
