My entry would be a sporting movie.

I'm a goalkeeper.

Since junior school i've always loved playing football, but was never that good. When i got to high school i tried out for the school football team and failed to get in for two years running.

During the third year i also wasn't picked for the team. Then one January we had a cup match away in Blackpool and for various reasons the two main keepers couldn't go on the trip. Reluctantly the PE teachers decided to go with me in goal.

My first appearance for the school team, away fixture, seventy miles from home.

I played a blinder, we won 1 - 0, despite heavy pressure, i got man of the match.

From then on i never missed a game through the last two and a half years of school, playing for my college for another two years and even twice for the district team. I've continued playing 11 a-side football throughout my life for various teams and have several trophies as prizes.

My film would be about determination and never giving up if you want to do something no matter how small.

I remember when I was younger my brother always use to bully me, and one day he started on me upstairs in the hallway then ran off to the bathroom i was so angry I picked up one of my dads old fashion belts and as soon as he come out the bathroom I went full swing with the buckle end and belted him over the head, he made that much noise my mum come flying upstairs to see what was going on, my brother was stood there holding his head with blood dripping down his face my mum had to take him hospital and he had have 2 stitches in his head.

Near Death by a igloo

One Xmas it was snowing heavily and snowed for few days so few of us decided to make a igloo, we all rolled big snowballs and then patted them into shaped and spent hours making a igloo, it was looking good and coming into shape after our hard work we made a hole for us to crawl into then went in and sat there for a while not noticing my friend had fell asleep then we heard a voice outside I crawled out to see who it was it was my mum she was shouting and saying she had made all something to eat to warm us up, we tried waking my friend but with no luck, so rest if us went inside to get some warmth and food etc, my friend glanced out the window then suddenly went flying outside shouting on his way we didn't hear what he said and wondered why he ran out so we all looked out the window to notice the igloo had caved in with my friend still inside,
We all flew out digging away to get to my friend he was shocked dazed and struggling to breath and hadn't got a clue what was going on when we eventually got to him, then took him inside to check he was ok and sat him near the fire to warm him up he was freezing and shivering.
