If anyone's interested here's some info on The Missing Years Documentary.

The Missing Years was a documentary containing footage from missing episodes from William Hartnell's and Patrick Troughton's time as the Doctor. Presented by Frazer Hines and Deborah Watling, it was released on home video by BBC Video in 1998 and contained footage from several episodes, including:

The Daleks
Galaxy 4
The Daleks' Master Plan
The Smugglers
The Tenth Planet
The Power of the Daleks
The Highlanders
The Underwater Menace
The Macra Terror
The Faceless Ones
The Evil of the Daleks
The Tomb of the Cybermen
Fury from the Deep
The Wheel in Space


It had a running time of approximately 33 minutes.

Even if she does go the damage has been done and it doesn't matter who they get to replace her ratings will drop if the BBC continuing pushing diversity in there usual heavy handed manner, which they will.
