Watched the next two stories in the key to time.

The stones of blood

Was all very good with a nice creepy atmosphere until the last episode when it turned into a dull courtroom drama.

The androids of Tara

Basically its prisoner of Zendar with a doctor who/ SciFi twist. Plenty of fun to had with a this one thanks to Tom Bakers performance and mustache twirling villain.

One of my favorite classic story's, with great period detail and atmosphere. Part sherlock Holmes part phantom of the opera, fu manchu with a little my fair lady throwing in

Great supporting characters in the form of Jago and Lightfoot and with giant rats, leela kicking ass and creepy midgets/ dummy's what's not too like.

Easily my favourite DW story. Apart fae Squeaky cough.

Crowbarred The Moonbase out of my mate's hands. Well worth it after all these years of reading the book. Funnily enough, my memory of defeating Cybermen with nail polish remover was RIGHT. Just had the wrong story cough.

Patrick Troughton " The Moonbase" tonight, first two episodes and first animation for me and i loved every minute. The animation i thought was really top notch and when the second episode rolled i instantly new the characters, well done to those involved in the animation (fantastic) looking forward to the rest of the episodes.

I did think i might watch The Armageddon Factor again myself.

Whilst some stories are clearly better than others, i truly don't think i hate any Doctor Who.

Even rubbish like Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS, Fear Her and Nightmare in Silver have some plus points. Although i do admit i'm dreading watching The Girl Who Died and The Woman Who Lived when i make a start on my series 9 box set this weekend.
