I agree. Gore isn't an issue for the BBFC these days so I don't see what they'd take issue with (even with the most notorious scene)

I'd have thought the fetus but would pass uncut easily to be honest. Doesn't seem to be in contravention of current BBFC policy. Bad taste isn't really an issue these days
