Personally I prefer the Italian tracks with subs. It depends. If it means I get to hear the original voices in most cases, I'll go for that dub.

Last few I've watched were with the Italian soundtrack (but I've seen them before in the English dubs). Last night I watched Opera in English as I only have the Anchor Bay release at the mo (holding out for an Arrow Blu Ray!). Thing is the Arrow has the additional dubs, so I may have to pick it up if the Blu isn't forthcoming.

For me, It all depends on the actors in the films. If there's an English speaking star, etc, I'll listen to the English track, otherwise I'll go for Italian with English subs, then of course there's the rare occasions when I can't be bothered "reading" a movie, then I'll watch it dubbed in English even if there's no-one speaking English in the film.

Subs when i'm alone, dubbed with my girlfriend 'cause she is too lazy to read.

I do like the old dubs though, very different to modern dubbing. Everyone has over the top accents or are just plain wooden voice actors.

I tend to watch Giallo in the middle of the night when no one's awake. Every creak as the cat stalks the hall add's to the atmosphere and can sometimes make the experience scary for once.

Did anyone get the SFC science fiction special?
There is a small article where they interview a dvd/blu ray collector, and he basically says that Shameless dvds are softcore porn, with a bit of gore, which he refuses to watch as they're not films, they're a waste!

If he refuses to watch them, how can he make judgement on those dvds which he has no knowledge of?

Granted there have been a small batch of films which have a bit of sex in, but the rest of the collection cosists of classic who dunnit thrillers.
