The results from the 2024 Royal Rumble PPV

  • It was straight into the action, with the opening bout of the night being the woman's Royal Rumble match, which lasted for 65 minutes. The winner was Bayley who gets a championship match at WrestleMania XL. The order of entry at this years event was: Natalya / Naomi / Bayley / Candice LeRae / Jordynne Grace / Indi Hartwell / Asuka / Ivy Nile / Katana Chance / Bianca Belair / Kairi Sane / Tegan Nox / Kayden Carter / Chelsea Green / Piper Niven / Xia Li / Zelina Vega / Maxxine Dupri / Nia Jax / Shotzi / Becky Lynch / Alba Fyre / Shayna Baszler / Valhalla / Mia Yim / Zoey Stark / Roxanne Perez / Jade Cargill / Tiffany Stratton / Liv Morgan
  • The Fatal four-way match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship was won by Roman Reigns who defeated AJ Styles, Randy Orton and LA Knight to retain the title
  • The third match, which was a Singles match for the WWE United States Championship ended when Kevin Owens was disqualified, meaning Logan Paul retained the title
  • The last match of the evening was the men's Royal Rumble match which was won by Cody Rhodes. The order of entry was: Jey Uso / Jimmy Uso / Grayson Waller / Andrade / Carmelo Hayes / Shinsuke Nakamura / Santos Escobar / Karrion Kross / Dominik Mysterio / Carlito / Bobby Lashley / Ludwig Kaiser / Austin Theory / Finn Bálor / Cody Rhodes / Bronson Reed / Kofi Kingston / Gunther / Ivar / Bron Breakker / Omos / Pat McAfee / JD McDonagh / R-Truth / The Miz / Damian Priest / CM Punk / Ricochet / Drew McIntyre / Sami Zayn
Notes:
  • R-Truth mistakenly entered the Woman's Royal Rumble, only to be eliminated by Nia Jax. The next entrant, Valhalla, lasted a mere 5 seconds!
  • Entrant Jordynne Grace is the TNA Knockouts Champion
  • Pat McAfee eliminated himself after 35 seconds... without being involved in any wrestling holds or moves!
  • Cody became only the fourth superstar to win consecutive Royal Rumble matches, joining Hogan, Shawn Michaels and 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin. The last time consecutive wins occurred was 26 years ago in 1997 / 1998


The next WWE PPV is due to be the 14th Elimination Chamber event which will take place on February 24, 2024, at the Optus Stadium in Perth, Western Australia, marking WWE's first event to be held in Australia since the Super Show-Down PPV in 2018, and the only WWE event in the Asia–Pacific region in 2024
