It's a VHS straight port over. If you're happy with the quality then go for it. You did notice the seller will only post to USA? (Don't know where u live!)
Personally I'd spend a tenner more and get the Code Red release. Diabolik will get more in soon.

... although £6.50 + P+P seems a bit steep for a VHS rip but seems to be the only place it's available
