I'd really like Fido, my local store doesn't have it. Hopefully it'll arrive soon though, I'll check after work

I have The Interceptor but haven't had a chance to watch it yet; wouldn't mind Fido. so I think I'll have a scout round some of the bigger stores this week.

Still nothing in my local store except for some Bollywood and fishing, and soft porn - LOTS of porn . I'm almost tempted to buy some just for the sake of buying something it's been so long since I found something decent .

I think the best thing I have found in the last few months is 'Zombie Strippers' which I bought mainly because it came in a nice slipcase - and I'm a sucker for a nice slipcase .

Overall I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was; I thought Robert Englund was on top form, and there was some very clever humour in it:

'The Constitution only says I can own a gun - it doesn't say I have to know how to use it.'

A couple of weeks ago, my local Poundland had an extra-set of shelving - full of Optimum DVDs etc. ...went at the weekend, it'd all gone. Just the usual section of DVDs?! ...managed to pick up a Fido though :-)

For some reason my local Poundland has decided to remove all their DVD's. I looked around the store to see if they just changed their location, but nothing. I thought they might just be having a tidy up but it's been over a week and the shelves are still empty. Anybody elses store done this?

Anyone seen anything new lately? There is the odd interesting DVD among the fly fishing and classic tractor stuff - usually Boulevard and the odd Revolver or Lionsgate title - but no major halls round my way lately. Maybe Optimum dumping all that stock was just a one off thing? Possibly because it was just with it coming up to the end of the financial year. I haven't even seen any Hardgore or Film 2000 for a few months, and that is unusual.
