I just had the main cuts from "Ebola Syndrome" confirmed by a Cat lll enthusiast on another forum. They include Anthony Wong's character being urinated on. A tongue being cut out and (as I suspected) the eyeball being sucked out.

The deleted scenes on the order of the disk I have are: 1 A longer shot of Kai getting urinated on. 2 A more detailed scene where Kai using the folding table to kill his boss/mistress's husband 3 The tongue cutting scene is much more detailed. a native pulling off a chicken's head 4 A longer scene involving Kai killing someone with a rock. 5 Kai stabbing his second boss in the eye with toothpicks is more detailed. 6 Kai slamming a door into his 2nd boss's head is longer. 7 Kai pulling the decapitated body away from the door (from the previous edit.) 8, 9 & 10 Kai forcing his 2nd boss's wife to give him oral sex, then sex (short shots) 11 "The eyeball scene". 12 Kai spitting out the eyeball with a shot of the wife rolling in pain 13 Kai jumping on the wife's head (something of a theme with this film) 14 A longer scene involving Kai smashing a bloodied head into the floor. 15 Kai using a circular saw to dispose of the bodies, being splatted with blood (short scene) 16 Kai cleaning and processing the victims body parts. 17 Short shot from the autopsy of an ebola victim |

Cheers NossB. A lot of those are pretty obvious when you watch the film because you get some jarring cuts and it stands to reason that some of these cuts would reveal the full extent of the violence. I'm not even sure some are necessary to show in the first place. I don't understand though, if they have these as deleted scenes why they didn't edit them back in to the film for the DVD release? And to call them deleted scenes suggest they were cuts made by the director/studio rather than the censors.

I agree with you on why they shouldn't be reinserted back into the movie, as the scenes are the same picture/sound quality as the movie and not some grainy footage that was found in some rat infested basement as a lot of deleted scenes tend to be. |

If that is the serial killer thriller with Donnie Yen it is better unwatched.

I'm starting to like EBOLA SYNDROME more than THE UNTOLD STORY.
