Comparing the BD to the dvd set it looks as if some of the extras didn't make it over to the bluray set. Can anyone confirm this?

The Spaghetti Western Collection was delivered yesterday and Once upon a Time in America was shipped on Tuesday so hopefully that will arrive today. That's probably about 10 hours of Sergio Leone filmmaking!
