Both films towered over Zombie Holocaust for me. That was just plain rubbish. |

I love Zombie Holocaust, I'd put it on a par with both Burial Ground and Zombie Creeping Flesh. All three would make my list of all time favourite zombie flicks.

Mustn't forget Dawn Of The Mummy as well. There wasn't much evidence of zombies in Zombie Holocaust until the end, and even then they appeared to be wearing a Wonderloaf on their heads. |

I love Dawn of the Mummy but someone "borrowed" my copy, never to return it. Lenzi's Nightmare Ciy is another fun film, though im not sure if they're zombies in it or not. |

They seem to be people with raisins stuck to their faces. |

Lenzi himself has stated the atomic antagonists in NC are not the living dead at all. Simply human beings (albeit with superhuman resilience and ugly mugs!) who have been exposed to radiation and now have a lust for the red stuff. Imo Lenzi's terrific and timeless schlockfest together with The Nights Of Terror and ZCF represent three of my all time fave examples of 'so bad, it's good' Italian exploitation. |

Combined with raisins and a few cranberries. Bit like an animated Aztec bar really. |
