Btw From the beginning of this week an incredible amount of Scream 4 posters have been appearing at train stations over here in Belgium...it's Scream 4 advertising madness...

Pretty happy about the rating tbh, it means I can go see it in the cinema now.

I've noticed a few bus stands having Scream 4 posters in too. There's been TV spots running pretty constantly in the UK aswell. Can't wait for it to open I'll see the film, come home, open my package from HMV with the Trilogy on Blu-ray in, watch them over the weekend, and go see it again .

An uncut (!) German "FSK 16" for the supposedly bloodiest "Scream" yet?
Apparently the distributor went to the German ratings board 5 times to get the desired rating....Patience seems to pay off every now and then.

Scream 4's 15 rating in the Uk reminds me of the line in the 1st film where Sydney asks Billy if he'd settle for a PG-13 relationship. If they make anymore sequels and any of them get a PG-13, the answer to Sydney's question is a resounding NO!

"Rated R for strong bloody violence, language and some teen drinking"

I wouldn't be surprised if it got the R mainly for the drinking. Don't they award films with an R in the US now if they feature people smoking?
