I got Revenge Of The Creature (1955) recently.Part of the Clint Eastwood Collection along with Tarantula because of his brief early appearances in both. Also annoying as it's hard to pick up ROTC separately (though Tarantula was a stand alone release with The Incredible Shrinking Man when that came out a few years back.)

The 'patter' from the DIRTY HARRY films are hilarious.....

So what's everyones favourite Harry Callahan quotes?

from Dirty Harry:

Chief: Have you been following that man?
Harry Callahan: Yeah, I've been following him on my own time. And anybody can tell I didn't do that to him.
Chief: How?
Harry Callahan: Cause he looks too damn good, that's how!

from Sudden Impact:

Listen, punk. To me you're nothin' but dogshit, you understand? And a lot of things can happen to dogshit. It can be scraped up with a shovel off the ground. It can dry up and blow away in the wind. Or it can be stepped on and squashed. So take my advice and be careful where the dog shits ya!

...and many,many more.

Also from Dirty Harry....

(Intent)
'How did you establish that?'

'Well, when I see a naked man chasing a lady down an alley with a butcher's knife and a hardon,I figure he ain't out collecting for the Red Cross!'

'He has a point'

Priceless

All they had to do was change Walt's name to Harry.
Gran Torino would have been a fitting climax to the whole Dirty Harry series.

It would have been interesting to see the rumoured Gran Torino/Dirty Harry where Harry had to come out of retirement to catch the killer of his son who drives the Gran Torino in the film (the killer I mean, not his son).Got to wonder where someone got the idea that was the story.People obviously making things up again and everyone believing it.
