Ah that sucks, might be the same for me actually. It's about an hour and a half to London via train for me so I guess that'll be my best bet.
It's a shame that the best films never get the best attention form the cinemas.

Ah now I'm pleased to say that The Raid will be playing on a ton of cinemas in the UK - multiplexes, the works - more details to follow - this is going to be the big mamma of action films this year.

I thought American's loved a road trip. Load up the 4X4 with Bud, crank up the Skynyrd, top down, open road....

Now that is what I like to hear, hopefully my local Cineworld will screen it then. I know Cineworld have got an advanced preview screening next weekend at one of their branches cos I saw the comp on facebook for tickets. I guess it's still early days but I'm just impatient as I want to see it like right now

I can definitely confirm that you aren't the only one! People are rabid for this movie. Having seen it, I can also confirm that their hunger is well founded.

But what am I trying to say with this scene? What's my motivation for pulling this guys head off and breaking his spine into fragments?

“While Merantau had some pacing issues, The Raid plays out so quickly and effortlessly that before you know it the credits will be rolling. A lot of movies throw around s**t like “non-stop action,” or as my buddy’s cousin used to say about Hard Target, “Nothing but action!”, but The Raid is literally that.” Silver Emulsion
