Ha!
I've been watching this when I leave here at night a bit at a time.
To be honest, you forget how good Sleepless actually is.
For example, how many times do we all rewatch Suspiria,Deep Red and Tenebrae?
This one stands up well today. The opening train chase/murder is fantastic.

And,yeah as said above, the artwork has always been bollocks! So Rick's new art was a breath of fresh air.
I'm willing to bet sales of this were FAR more than the old 2 discer from MIA (?)
and that'd be down to that cracking cover!

Download a freeware program called GSpot and it'll tell you loads of stuff about your dvd including whether it's interlaced or progessive scan.

I watch "Sleepless" many times.
When I bought the old "MIA" disk back in 2002 I must have watched about 10/15 times. I ordered the "Arrow" back in December/2009 and already watched it 2 times.

As for "Suspiria", "Deep Red" and "Tenebrae" they´re all classics.
Of the three, i think have watched Tenebrae more times, mainly because when I was a pre-teen many of the Vhs that I rented had the wonderful trailer. Then I rented the actual movie and fell in love with it. You can say that my first experience with Argento was the trailer for Tenebrae.

In my lifetime (32 years), the most re-watched movies of Argento are:

01- Tenebrae
02- Phenomena (very, very close tie with Tenebrae)
03- Inferno
04- Suspiria
05- Profondo Rosso (Deep Red)

Hmm - interesting - I think my list of most re-watched would be:

01- Tenebrae
02- Inferno
03- Profondo Rosso (Deep Red)
04- Suspiria

Am going to have to ponder number 5 though! This could be worth a seperate thread!

I loved Sleepless.
I prefer it over stendhal syndrome.

Yeah! It has potential for a thread!

Don´t tell me the great Phenomena is not on your list...

Also, from what I´ve heard and read, Phenomena is the the most personal film for Dario so if you do release the title you´ll have a great interview documentary on your hands.

I only wish Dario could sit down and make a long retrospective of his carreer, it would be the ultimate Dario Argento companion "The Father of Tears"...

Thanks springjack -- I'd never buy a film just because it had a "pretty cover"
When I say "beautiful image" I meant the print quality.

I'm sure I've seen this artwork somewhere before but for the life of me, I can't quite place it.
