I agree, Dae. Times have changed since the bad old days of the 90's, and both the BBFC & the new government (the ConDem Party?) won't be enthusiastic about going down those roads again.

Almar can you please try & convince the powers that be to include the Italian track with English subs? (as I mentioned earlier the Italian track was great to hear & seemed to flow better & the dialogue was quite different in places...more refined), a nice balance between the ol' AB disc & the Italian Fox would be great...the Fox disc seems to be clearer yet the colors seem a bit muted (or AB boosted the colors?, who knows which is correct)

No other titbits other than I should say the intention is to go Blu - the work is being done but it'll have to shape up or it'll end up being a very nice DVD.

With all the oh-ing and ah-ing over Blu vs DVD we should remember that AT LEAST the film is finally getting a UK release!

Seeing as it's possibly Argento's strongest film, it's delay in hitting UK shelves is shocking.

A very nice DVD would be very nice, but a Blu-ray would be even better -- I would go as far as to say awesome!

Blu with italian soundtrack sounds like a awesome package
I would buy DVD too as I dont own this yet.
Fingers crossed it dont get cut by BBFC!!
