From looking at the specs, it appears so and that Play just have the wrong cover at the top.

I just check play and they have updated the cover and it is a Arrow copy

I have the blu ray edition of this, I have heard the Dvd has 4 different cuts is this ture?

Yep, that's true. I'm considering picking up the DVD set for the different versions and commentary tracks that didn't make it to the Blu-ray release.

The dvd has 3 cuts. The US unrated version, the UK theatrical version and an alternate pre-release version. I wish Arrow had included the other 2 versions in the blu-ray package.

So to get the complete edition I will also need to get the Dvd as well
