confused
heyy nos around?!!!? Im confused as everything on here seams to tell me that I can get my replacement copy of the beyond there is even a date from you guys that says September first, yet when I emailed I was told the replacement service is not available anymore... and considering no where else says this that just isn't good enough as I would have thought the mono problem would have been fixed by now as i ordered my copy at the weekend and received it yesterday |

The end date for the return's program was September 1 but, because of the huge uptake, Arrow didn't have enough stock to last until then and, last I heard, there were only 25 discs left. If Arrow have said the replacement program has finished, it may mean they have no discs left. I'm not sure sure what you mean by 'the the mono problem' as the only issue with these discs is the monochrome opening and slightly lower bitrate.

by mono I meant monochrome, and will they be getting at any point any more as otherwise the only way I would be able to get another copy would be to buy another and I don't see why I should pay double for something that arrow got wrong |
