The new art is better, the back of the old one is pretty graphic though.

Only the sleeve and booklet / poster are new to this release.

If you haven't seen it before it will be a decent purchase, the film is fun and is packed full of nudity, gore and would , as a previous poster said be a good double bill with Bad Biology

Sad it doesn´t include the best extras of the American release... the two audio commentaries.

Guess I´ll buy the R1 instead, and buy this one from the sellers when the price drops.

Is this just a re-issue or a new trasnfer?
Some reviews I´ve read reported an NTSC-PAL conversion?

Would've loved a Rick Melton design of the Pervert! artwork though.

Based on the anouncement, they´re not there.
And I also believe that two extras that are listed are the same.
