Thanks for that Stephen. I always used the term sharpness having not come across the term EE before.

Not as expensive as Play who have it up for pre-order at £23.99 Bloody hell - I'd want Tobe Hooper to hand deliver it for that.

Amazon it is then.

Today's price @ Amazon: £16,99. Bloody bargain, innit?

Greetings!

Wish this was a £9.49 job like Don't Look Now :P Really looking forward to this one as I haven't seen it.

I don't really understand how Don't Look Now has a price of £9.49 whilst Funhouse is £17.99 almost double the price. Both discs seem to have reasonable extras, why is one double the price of the other? Is there a much larger margin being made on the Arrow product and if so why. It seems as is usually the case the collector of marginal product is being stung.......

A lower price is always more desirable of course, but I don't mind paying £15 for an Arrow blu release. It's barebones releases which cost £15 that I wont buy. I assume it'll be down to £15 by release on Amazon, anyway. If not I'll give it a couple of months and get it after the drop to £10.49.

Optimum aren't a small independent company, as they are owned by Studio Canal so can probably much easier afford to sell an extremely popular title for the prices they do. In any case, it's Play.com and Amazon dropping the price, not Optimum.

Don't understand what the problem is with the price on this title, Does anybody remember Laserdisc? (£30-40 per title)

I will gladly part with my money for this, Won't even give it a second thought. We should just be grateful that it's actually heading to Blu-Ray at all.
