Unfortunately, there are so many posts and topics on Facebook that Arrow Video can't follow all of them and occasionally threads aren't noticed immediately. The normal procedure for more serious queries is to send an e-mail to info@arrowfilms.co.uk and you really should have received a reply by now, So sincere apologies for your wait. If you could let me know your e-mail address and name the matter can be investigated. If your purchase was from arrowfilms.co.uk and the items were damaged in transit, the slipcases will be replaced. If they were bought from another retailer, you should contact them about a replacement. Apologies once again for the late answer.
