Received a new replacement copy of Martin today, so there's no need to use the DVD-R disc now.

Surprisingly, it arrived without me needing to contact them. Came with a kind note and everything. At first, I thought it was Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead on DVD as I had entered the competition !

Got my replacement too and a nice little note to say sorry about the delay tested it right away, 4:3 version all in sync now - Thanks to everyone who helped me out at Arrow.

So did mine yesterday. Although i did contact Arrow prior to receiving the initial DVD-R replacement copy.
I thought i might have to get in touch a second time to obtain the actual DVD upgrade but it seems there was no need.
Very satisfactory customer service imo.

This shouldn't happen now the actual DVD replacement copies are pressed and good to go.
