Unfortunately CN: WG is SD only and plagued by pixelation. What's even worse, it seems to be the cut german version (w/ english language, of course (but no subtitles)) which is about 10 minutes shorter than the original cut. Runtime is 01:23:54 which is the exact same runtime as the german DVD. The swiss DVD runs 01:37:04.

Dammit! I was really looking forward to this release as I love The Wild Geese, one of my favourite films of my childhood, but DNR + waxy faces = no buy. I'm totally gutted. |

It's definately not the best looking BD transfer out there. Glad it doesn't have the audio glitch that's present on the Arrow Films dvd.
