The ending is disturbing, but there's nothing in the film which the BBFC would normally demand to be cut in order to secure an 18 rating, so I reckon Arrow gave them the full, uncut film which was passed uncut with an 18 certificate.

I'd be surprised if this scene was cut as, from what I remember, the baby, although mutant, is not particularly realistic.
Not that that makes it ok to cook a baby, whether mutant or not, in fact, I strongly advise that people refrain from trying this at home!
