Yeah, I didn't think the commentary would be interrupted by the cut as it would have been recorded against the full length version. Just thought that the bluray commentary might feature them talking about stuff about 6 seconds after it happens onscreen, but I doubt that would be at all even noticeable.

That said I can't honestly say I've had a problem with my own orders coming from them. Longest I've had to wait was my ZFE LE and that was still only about a week after the release date. Still was a bit annoyed that they ignored my email to check if it was being sent at all seeing as you can't actually check your order history. Something I suspect is disabled on purpose given all the cockups lately.

Although both commentaries do talk about other stuff as the scenes progress, on the Steve Thrower/Alan Jones track the commentary for some of the scenes is spot on the mark. Really dead on. They may be in mid conversation but will stop on the mark to discuss a certain scene.

Just been talking to Arrow, seems they have timed it and it is much less than six seconds and not many frames, and they really do not know what they would have done if it had happened in a more important scene (please don't shoot the messenger). They admit they got it wrong and apologise but as they say so much money was spent on this their hands are tied.
So i am more than happy to stick with mine as i just can't get over how good it looks and sounds and to be able to actualy talk to someone regarding this is just fantastic CS IMHO.

Sorry buy they're talking rubbish. I can see the time counter on the video I made and it''s between 5 and 6 seconds.

Yeah. If it were a few frames you'd need a very specific eye to see it. This is clearly a couple of hundred frames as its a good few seconds (24 frames per second etc)

Stephen you need to talk to them mate. They have the equipment that will measure frames and time correctly, i am not saying you can't, by the way.

PS
The did say in future they were dropping seamless branching and new safe guards have been put in place.

From the first shot when the boat appears on the BU disc until it appears on the Arrow disc, is around 6 seconds. Anyone who watches the video can clearly see how much is missing. Here we go...

I've posted these on their facebook page.
