As I remember, Tele1962 was one of those that "Paid" for the replacement. Would have given his address and Arrow would have got one boxed up ready to ship.

Then, the day later they changed their mind about making us pay, refunded his payment, but his copy was all ready to go, so why hold it back.

Nice. Now Tele1962, you can view it and let us know if it's all good before we start sending ours in (If we ever get an address to send them in to, that is)

So, in the space of 10 working days Arrow have re-authored the Blu-ray and pressed them and got them out to customers. I'm a little skeptical myself, too, but I could be wrong. It's just that I've never, ever known any company do that fast a turnaround. Even when Optimum/Hammer (a much larger operation than Arrow, I would imagine) messed up Dracula Prince of Darkness it was a full month before corrected discs even started going out to people.

You lads have every right to be skeptical. Just checked the disc and it is still the old one . I have contacted Arrow who at this point do not know what has happened as the replacements have not been sorted yet???

So at this moment i am a little confused.

Did you order one before direct? See, it gets even harder to have sympathy for financial loss when they're just going to accidentally give them away! They really need to get a grip on what's going on behind their own door!

On another note, as I bought mine instore at HMV and it's now officially non-returnable I'm even more glad for the exchange.
