This is one film that needs a definitive release, preferably on Blu-ray.

And whilst the US DVD is pretty good, i was a bit let down by the muffled English soundtrack. Seriously had to crank up the volume.

Yes, probably. But that's not an excuse to just re-release it on DVD.
A BD release are highly, or more, needed

Bump! Well, as Arrow Video have announced the Q4 release and the only Arrowdrome release we have to look forward to is the re-release of Red Scorpion, will Arrow have a few more of these up there sleeve's soon?

You have to wait till 2013. There will be no release in December so hopefully something good will turn up in January.
